Massive shout out to Nathan from Holeshot Yamaha, not only did he answer a Facebook message I sent this morning, he followed up with a phone call to see if he could help, all this while the shop was shut for a well earned Xmas break, as it turns out he was heading into the shop to finish up some paperwork and was more than happy to find the part I needed and allowed me to turn up to the shop and collect it, he even walked it out to my car. Because of this awesome effort there were a couple of very excited kids riding their quad bike today. Darwin needs more people like Nathan, it's the little things that make a huge difference.

Good place and a good crew. I have only bought parts here so far but they are pretty good value. I was amazed that they still have yz 2 strokes too. Parts so far are for yz426f, even got original bolts for the bash plate and a carby kit on the way.

I just want to pass on my sincerest thanks for making my most recent new bike purchase (easily) the best one of them all. In my 30+ years of riding, it was a "first" for me to coordinate the sale and delivery whilst being mostly interstate during that time.

Despite the difficulties that distance can bring, as well as all the emails and phone calls that were involved in this purchase, I never once doubted my decision to sign with you. All my questions and the requests that I had were handled professionally and without delay. In short, I would happily do it all again.

The amazing support and personalised customer service shown by the team, particularly Kyle, in sourcing parts and working with limited time constraints, provided our boys with bikes that were prepped as good as they could be. Kyle's relentless chasing up of parts ordered from suppliers and our endless phone enquiries, showed a an extremely high level of customer focus and care not provided elsewhere locally, and service above and beyond normal expectations. Last minute orders, tyre changes and parts on back-order arriving into the country 3 days before our departure didn't faze Kyle, and having this level of support was invaluable.

You and your team at Holeshot Kawasaki are to be commended for providing friendly, personal and professional customer service. We would highly recommend Holeshot Kawasaki to anyone wanting to purchase a new bike, have repairs done or needing parts or accessories. I have been going to Holeshot Kawasaki since 2013 and their service is excellent. I have 2 bikes serviced by them and have found no issue with their servicing of my bike. If there is an issue they phone straight away to let you know the problem and ask if I want for them to proceed and they inform me of what the cost will be. No hidden cost, up front with what charges will be. Cannot fault the guys, go for it.

Absolutely amazing service! These guys did a pre-purchase inspection on a bike I was buying sight unseen. The bike had a few teething problems due to the owner doing some modifications (which were a bit shoddy). The guys at Holeshot fixed these for me, did a fantastic job of it too! They added some accessories, and labour was all done really well and at a good price. John looked after me the whole time from the minute I called him from QLD to the minute I flew into the NT to pick my bike up. I would NEVER visit anyone else in Darwin in regards to motorcycle parts and service. My bike has not missed a beat since!
